At Sunpan Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to submit a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request.

• 2.
  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Transportation

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture carriers to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
